The practice has Patient Participation Group which is made up of patients from all gender, ethnic groups and age groups. The purpose of the Patient Participation Group is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided at our practice. Due to Coronavirus we are aiming to hold a Virtual Patient Participation Group meeting in January 2021.
We would like to invite you to join our group. We plan to contact you via email alone to ask you to help with our annual patient survey and for any feedback you may wish to share with us.
